Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow upto 7 working days for orders placed  'Standard Delivery' for 'Next Day Delivery' please allow upto 2 days.

Q.How are items shipped?
All items shipped Royal Mail. High end items are sent recorded delivery or through our courier service.

Q. Can I get a VAT invoice?
Please contact accounts@mofredproducts.com to obtain a VAT invoice.

Q.Do the items come with a warranty?
This is product specific with most items covered by a warranty. MOFRED® Products  will always do what it can to get your item replaced or refunded if it is found to be faulty.

Q. Can I return for exchange/refund?
Our top priority is customer satisfaction and we offer a 14 day no quibble refund and returns policy for unwanted goods.

Q. Can I get a discount for volume purchases?
MOFRED® Products are not only retailers but are also wholesale distributors. We supply large volume orders to colleges and universities, schools, offices, local authorities and businesses.
